About
Recently, Sherri Wills-Green, graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, returned to the Wenatchee Valley, establishing Red Door Desserts to pursue her dream of creating unforgettable desserts.

Red Door Desserts reflects the love and passion Sherri has had for baking for as long as she can remember. As a child she began baking cookies for her family at every possible chance. As a young woman, she lived on a farm producing as much of their food as possible, baking all of her bread in an old yellow wood cook stove. Throughout the years, she has worked in bakeries, edited cookbooks, baked wedding cakes, worked in restaurants and always found comfort in putting her hands to work making beautiful food to eat.
In the middle of her professional career, with much reflection and discernment, Sherri decided it was time to follow her passion and enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America’s Baking and Pastry program in Hyde Park, New York. As part of her training, Sherri spent 5 months working as an Assistant Pastry chef on Nantucket at the Jared Coffin House having the time of her life! All-in-all, she was literally living and breathing baking for 2 years, graduating at the top of her class.
For Sherri, breathing life into Red Door Desserts becomes a sacred act of creating a space for celebrating life, love and and mouth-watering desserts. For finding that place inside where the still voice breathes ...Yes!
